    I am a BBQ person and love the taste which is not replicable in any other method of cooking. What I liked about the book was its expert look at the different aspects of BBQ while keeping it simple and enjoyable. I only use charcoal for my BBQ and go with beef all the time. But, I am going to try the recipes and methods described in this book. They sound delicious!
